Divorce

Legal Process

If you have a high conflict, high net worth matter or Mediation has been unsuccessful, you may need our Advanced Trial Team.  Attorney Ragan has a litigator's heart and extensive Trial experience.  The Courtroom is like the arena for the gladiators and the skills of the litigator, in knowledge of law, grasp of the rules of evidence and ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environment, are the weapons.  Not everyone needs this option and it is, by far, the most expensive of the avenues.
