Child Support

Generally when people are having issues with Child Support either:  1. They need to have Child Support Modified (payor needs it reduced or payee needs more money) or 2.  Child Support is not being paid.

Child Support is based on a formula which accounts for many factors including:  Number of Overnights in the Timesharing Plan,  Income of the Parties and Payment of Certain Enumerated Expenses.

If you need more information on changing Child Support visit our Modification page.  If you are not paying  Court ordered Child Support or not receiving Court ordered Child Support, visit our Contempt and Enforcement page.
